Welcome to Charlotte Music Lessons. My name is Michael Graci and I specialize in private drum and percussion lessons in your home or my studio here in Charlotte. I have been teaching and playing drums professionally for over 20 years. I teach all age groups and hold a B.A. in Music Education from C.W. Post University, NY. I've been a member of the NBA CHARLOTTE BOBCATS Drumline, THE RHYTHM CATS since 2007. I can be seen performing with THE RHYTHM CATS at all CHARLOTTE BOBCATS home games at Time Warner Arena here in Charlotte. I also perform 2-4x per week with various popular bands in Charlotte.

Learning drums and percussion should be fun and enjoyable, as well as a pleasant learning experience for a student. Whether you're a true beginner or want to advance your drumming skills, I can help you achieve your goals. I enjoy teaching all age groups, children, teens and adults.

I have taught and played many genres of music, and can tailor lessons to suit your taste and goals---Rock, Pop, Church, Country, Metal, School band, Jazz, Latin, etc. I teach  drum set, snare drum and all hand drum percussion instruments such as Congas, Djembe and Bongos . I don't require you to buy a drum set to learn how to play--a drum pad and sticks is all you need to get you started.

Home lessons can help today's busy parents and working people save valuable travel time, and enable them to enjoy learning in the comfort of their own home. I live in the Charlotte area and have a flexible schedule to accommodate students.
